Alex + Anna // Waupaca Waterside Wedding

I’m so thrilled to be sharing Alex and Anna’s wedding with you today on the blog! Anna reached out to me last year saying she was getting married in Waupaca, WI next year! My heart skipped a beat because Waupaca is actually a very near and dear place to my heart. It’s where Aaron’s grandparent’s cabin resides. We have spent countless weekends together in Waupaca. Including our honeymoon! So, naturally I was pumped to meet Anna and have the chance to shoot in such a special place. Anna’s choice of rich maroons and other red tones mixed with navy and gold was everything my fall loving heart could want. The ceremony took place at Anna’s home church which looked like a castle on the outside! It was so fun walking around the grounds with them as we stopped at every photo worthy corner. The weather was perfectly overcast and lovely which made for the most romantic dock photos on the lake at their reception venue.
