Someone you are comfortable with and can view more as a friend than a vendor. Your photographer believe it or not will be with you more on your wedding day than your soon to be husband or wife! Crazy, but true. That's why I believe in cultivating relationship with my couples above all else! As a WI & MN wedding photographer, my couples become dear friends by the time we're all said and done and I wouldn't have it any other way. I believe your marriage is sacred and worthy of celebrating. I believe in slowing down and reveling in the small moments. I believe your relationship is priceless and everything about you was crafted with intention. So, all that said... the fact that I could have the opportunity to capture all of that for you through my images and give you an out of this world experience you deserve?

We're a match made in heaven! At this point I'll send over my contract and invoice where you'll pay your 50% retainer that makes us officially official!

Welcome here!
You'll recieve my wedding guide in the mail along with a bunch of other little goodies to welcome you in! It won't stop there though. I'll be guiding you along through your entire engagement giving you helpful tips, tricks and resources to hopefully take some of the stress off your shoulders!

We'll meet up roughly two hours before sunset to have a blast together leaving you feeling encouraged and reminded all over again of why you're choosing each other as your forever! I'll post sneak peaks and feature you on the blog within a week of your session!
The day you've been waiting for. I'll show up for you, serve you, literally do whatever you need me to do on top of give you an incredible photographic experience that will authentically portray who you are and the love you share for you to cherish for the rest of your days.

The communication does not stop after your engagement session. We are just getting started! I will help you prep, and nurture you all along the entire engagement process by giving you all the helpful tips, tricks and resources to take some of the stress off of your shoulders. Like I said, I'm here for you all the way until we hug it out on the dance floor at your reception!

do you use a secondshooter?
A million times yes. My very best friend Abbie shoots weddings with me and you better believe the girl can take a dang good photo! Her images will most definitely be in your gallery alongside my own.
How many images do you typically deliver?
On average you can expect about 100 images an hour. Once I get home with all of your photos I carefully go through and select the cream of the crop to edit and deliver. My engagement galleries typically have 200+ images and my wedding galleries will have 800+ when we're all said and done.
How long is your turnaround time for delivering images?
Getting you your images in a timely manner is incredibly important to me! Engagement galleries can be expected within 1-3 weeks and wedding galleries will arrive in your inbox within 4-6 weeks.
You've never been to our venue before...is that a reason to worry?
Absolutely not. In fact, I thrive at new venues! It's much more exciting and creative than going to the same place again and again. My shooting strategy is based on light first and foremost which means I can literally shoot anywhere confidently because I'm not basing anything off of the location itself so much as the light I'm looking for!
DO YOUR TRAVEL?
Absolutely! Most of my weddings are in Wisconsin or Minnesota but I am always willing to travel! Send me a message so we can make it happen!
I feel super awkward in front of the camera..is that bad?
Guess what...EVERYBODY says that..and guess what else? I've got you! I know exactly how to make you look and feel like a million bucks in front of my lens! Through my unposed posing methods you'll feel comfortable, confident and ultimately super connected to your love before we're all said and done! It will all be super organic and fun and I'll never leave you hanging.
Will you work within out budget?
If you think we're a good fit style and personality wise that is most important! But, I know every wedding day is unique and needs vary. I do create custom proposals so we can work to craft something that is fitting for your perfectly unique day.
How do i receive my images?
You'l receive them in a beautiful Pinterest style online gallery where you will have complete access and can download them to your computer from there. Your gallery will remain online for 5 years!
