Well..the last couple months have been real sparse when it comes to being creative so this styled shoot was a blessing to be apart of. Some of the most amazing vendors (whom I’m honored are now my friends) got together and created a little MAGIC.
Our vision was to take what we we’ve been experiencing with our clients and show that even though things are having to be paired down due to Covid you can still create something simply breathtaking. Maybe I’m biased but I love the way our vision came to life!!!
Mikelle, owner and florist at Fersk Floral Artisity killed it yet again with her gorgeous blooms. From her ceremony set up to her centerpieces on our sweet little wooden palette table…the peach and blush tones couldn’t have suited our vision or our sweet couple more. Mikelle is a dear friend of mind and I’m telling you she’s a master at her craft. You want her to be your florist. Not only is she super creative but she is about as caring and as sweet as they come She’s also the one who found this beautiful secret little spot where we set up our intimate wedding! We may’ve had to walk through some water and avoid poison ivy to get to where we were going but we were all up for it and succeeded! The location was 100% worth the risk!
Our beautiful bride, Ali, is actually a lifelong friend of Mikelle and is a wedding planner and coordinator up in the Twin Cities! Her business is called Enjoyful Events and tbh I wish I could’ve had someone like her be apart of my day. She’s enthusiastic, kind hearted and so easy to get along with. Ali was key in many of our design elements from bringing together color scheme, table decor, set up, etc. She definitely has the eye and the organization skills which we all were grateful for throughout this whole process. Also, her husband played groom again for the day and I’m pretty sure he enjoyed every second of lovin’ on his woman. Do they not look like a couple out of a Disney movie?!
Once again, Rachel Nayes KILLED IT with Ali’s hair! The soft curls and the gorgeous half back bridal look was perfect for our laid back feel. If you’re looking for a hairstylist in Eau Claire, WI look no further. This girl can do it all. She is a certified master stylist who can do everything from bridal up-does to balayage and everything in between. Check our her website for more details and some gorgeous photos of her work!
We wanted this shoot to show that you don’t need much to have the best day of your life. At the end of the day if you and your love get married that’s the most important part. That’s what remains after all the decorations are gone and the white dress is stored away. While all of those elements are so exciting and definitely a wonderful part, we’re here to encourage you that if you’re currently going through it and having to make all sorts of wedding changes you never thought you’d have to make due to Covid19 our hearts are with you. We know this is hard, but as your vendors we will do everything in our power to make sure you have the very best experience with us and that you feel beautiful and special and seen on your wedding day. It’s going to be great. I promise.
